Eastern Elite Soccer Junior Academy is a training program that is designed for ages 6-10 years of age. During your experience, you will find that the Eastern Elite Junior Academy has a specific development-training model. First and foremost, in order to grow and develop as soccer players, emphasis on the technical foundation of each player is of vital importance at the younger ages with little focus on the tactical elements of the game. As a feeder and pathway into into the select level Eastern Elite teams, the Junior Academy is designed to enhance each player’s technical ability, tactical awareness, agility, balance, and speed with the ball while building confidence in the player on and off the field. Our hope is to create a soccer environment that enables development and to instill in players a great passion and love for the game. We introduce a positive and challenging environment where each player has the opportunity to learn. There is a building block approach to player development. Players follow an initial path heavily focused on technique and skill development, and as age and competency increases, tactical elements are introduced. Each building block is tied closely together. Every player will continue to work on elements of preceding stages to ensure they are consistently and simultaneously challenged on both fundamental and advanced levels.
